Our subscriptions are entirely 'self-service', meaning that you can make changes to your LIVE Subscription (such as adding/removing subscription licenses; updating credit card details etc) via our online portal, mycadimage.com
Your ARCHICAD LIVE Subscription automatically renews by charging your credit card every 30 days until you cancel it. If you decide to cancel your LIVE Subscription, it is important to do this before your next Billing Date to avoid your next monthly subscription payment being automatically charged to your credit card. ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONSHow do I subscribe?
To start an ARCHICAD subscription, simply use the BUY button corresponding to your software choice in the table above.
Once you complete the purchase process, we will send you an email invoice and step-by-step instructions on how to install your software.
How long will it take to process my order?
Generally we process your order within 2 business hours - often it is far quicker though. While you are waiting for us to complete the process, we will send you an email containing a link to download your software so you can start the setup process.
Am I locked in to a contract?
Not at all - our monthly subscriptions can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time, with no penalty fees.
How do I add or remove a subscription?
Visit our customer portal, mycadimage.com to manage your subscriptions, including adding or cancelling subscriptions. Simply go to the My Account > LIVE Subscriptions area.Can I change the level of my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription level any time via mycadimage.com
If you upgrade a START Edition Subscription, your new license will be available within 1-2 business hours (it is not available for use immediately).
If you upgrade an ARCHICAD LIVE Subscription to an ARCHICAD LIVE Subscription+, your additional Cadimage Tools will be available for use immediately.
If you downgrade a subscription, no pro-rated refund will be issued, and your software and billing amount will change to reflect your new subscription level on your next Billing Date.
What happens if I choose to cancel my subscription?
Your software will continue to work until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your recurring payments will be stopped. A refund is not issued for the remainder of the billing cycle. There are no fees or penalties for cancelling a subscription.
Remember though, once your software has expired, you will no longer be able to use ARCHICAD and you will not be able to open any files that you created with it. However, you can still open and print the files using the ARCHICAD demo version which is left on your machine after cancelling the subscription.

Can I edit my account or contact details online?
Modify your details using our customer portal, myCadimage.com. There you can view and edit your details, orders, newsletter preferences and more. You'll need to login using your username and password which you set up during the Subscription process.
What happens to my Billing Information?
What happens when a new version of ARCHICAD is released?
You will be able to upgrade your software at no charge.
How do I get my software?
You'll need to download your ARCHICAD software - once you sign up we will send you a link and more information on how to do this.
What is a Software Key?
ARCHICAD subscription software is protected by a Software Key - think of it as an electronic container that holds your license and enables ARCHICAD to work. Without your Software Key, ARCHICAD cannot work, so it is important to protect the Key wherever possible. Read more about Software Keys here.
When accessing software on a subscription, you must remember that you do not own the software; nor will you receive a discount or subsidy if you decide to buy a 'full' version of the software.
If you decide to cancel your ARCHICAD LIVE Subscription, your software will cease working at the end of your Billing period.
Your software will only work while Subscription payments are being made.
