Architect or Senior Architectural Technician

McKenzie Higham Architects is a mid-sized award winning practice undertaking a broad range of project work in commercial, education and residential areas. We offer a supportive work environment with competitive salaries.
We are are looking for an Architect or senior architectural technician to join our team who:
• is technically proficient in ArchiCAD – this is a prerequisite for this role
• has at least 4 years’ experience in architectural practice
• is a collaborative team player with good communication skills, ideally with experience in training
• has strong accurate documentation and CAD modelling skills
• has New Zealand experience on both residential and commercial projects.
For the right applicant this role has the potential to develop in scope to include responsibility for the development and management of the practice’s CAD and BIM systems.
