Architectural Technician/Graduate Architect

An opportunity exists for an Architectural Technician/Designer or Graduate Architect at Maynard Marks Ltd, a specialist building consultancy and NZIA practice. Due to the continued growth of our design and detail-focused architectural team, we are looking to add to our skilled team.
The successful candidate will preferably have:

• At least four years' experience providing design and detailed documentation to a range of project types.
• A sound understanding of construction techniques, technical knowledge of building materials as well as a demonstrated working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act.
• Comprehensive ARCHICAD experience.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• First-rate time management skills.
• Exceptional quality management skills.
