Architectural Technician

W2 Limited is a multi-disciplinary architectural, structural engineering and interior design consultancy specialising in high end residential and commercial building design. Due to an expanding workload we seek the services of an Architectural designer or draughtsperson ideally with 2 years minimum experience in NZ.
Your duties will include the following:
- Architectural CAD detailing (primarily using ArchiCAD)
- Architectural design
- Project Management
- Preparation of specifications
- Site measures
- Construction monitoring
- 3D Rendering
This is a full time position available immediately and the salary will reflect the experience of the applicant. We seek a motivated candidate with excellent CAD skills, to join our team of 14 in our south lit open plan, modern office space in Sydenham. Check us out online at www.w2.co.nz
