ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / DRAFTSPERSON!

Arcline Architecture is based in Kaitaia, 20 minutes from beautiful Doubtless Bay & 1hr from Kerikeri/Bay of Islands. We are a medium size (family owned) Architectural Design & Project Management company, seeking an experienced & motivated Architectural Designer / Draftsperson to join our team! Arcline Architecture is involved in many & varied projects throughout Northland & NZ – residential, education, retirement villages & commercial.

* Experience in all phases of the design process – from initial concept through to detailed design documentation
The successful candidate will require:
* In depth understanding and knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code including NZS3604.
* At least 3 years practical draughting experience in the NZ building industry
* The ability to produce concept & detailed consent drawings for projects, predominately residential
* Great problem solving ability (including responding to council RFI’s)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comprehensive experience with CAD software
