Architectural Technician (ARCHICAD)

We have some great projects on and we need another person to join us. In return we will expect you to:
Have strong technical skills and construction knowledge particularly NZBC and NZS3604.
Consistently produce quality drawings, 3D renders etc using ARCHICAD software.
Compile specifications documents and permit applications.
Listen and communicate effectively with clients, contractors and consultants in relation to the project brief.
Work proactively with the designer.
Work effectively to meet time frames and within set budget allocations.
Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
Maintain our high standard of courteous and professional service.
You will have a tertiary qualification within Architectural Design/Technology or equivalent and experience with New Zealand design, building & construction. You must be an experienced ARCHICAD user. You like working and contribute comfortably in an open team environment and are capable of a consistently high standard of work. We will base your salary on skills and experience.
