CAD Technician

We required a cad technician with at least 5 years proven New Zealand Construction Industry experience, ideally in larger scale buildings and projects such as mixed use; multi unit residential, education, civic, sports, and commercial.
This role will suit if you:
-can be relied on to work with a team in the production of high quality documentation, and are comfortable dealing with consultants
-are fully competent in cad, preferably ARCHICAD, (alternatively Revit users can be offered training to learn ARCHICAD)
-have good knowledge of the Council consent processes, the NZ Building Code, and other relevant NZ Standards
-enjoy working in a supportive fun team environment
-are interested in ESD and its rational implementation into projects
-have very good written and verbal communication skills
-have New Zealand residency and the right to work in New Zealand, or a valid full time working visa.
The role is a for a full time salary position.
