Core Civil Solutions is a growing Christchurch based contractor, specialising in injection piling and anchoring, house re-levelling, and retaining structure solutions, in Christchurch and other major centres. We are seeking a Architectural LBP Administrator who is responsible, reliable, has good attention to detail and fits in with our team for 25+ hours per week.
The applicant must have the following attributes
• Must be efficient in the use of ARCHICAD
• Must have a sound knowledge of the council consenting process
• Must have a good understanding of the building code and its requirements
• Must be able to carry out on site as built measurements and inspections
• Must be well organised and ability to work unsupervised
• Must have the ability to meet weekly deadlines
• Carry out administration work as required
• Compile site folders for our on site construction teams
• It is preferable that the successful applicant will be LBP registered, however this is not a prerequisite
• Perform the duties normally required of a Architectural Designer
• Complete accurate, thoroughly detailed working drawings from concept plan stage for building consent submission, exemption and tender stages
• Assist with any design requirements for projects as per client’s brief
• Assist in the peer review and proofing of colleagues documentation
• Liaise with clients, councils, consultants in a friendly and professional manner
• Action client and council requests as soon as practically possible
• Remain up to date with industry standards
• Complete an accurate, up to date timesheet
• Answer phones calls in a professional and friendly manner, recording important information
