Intermediate Architectural Technician (5 Years Experience)

Opportunity to work in a well established Architectural Practice with offices both in Rotorua and Whakatane undertaking projects in commercial, educational & residential sectors.
Preferred applications to have/be:
. ARCHICAD experience
. Thorough understanding of NZS 3604
. Thorough understanding of NZ Building Code & particularly E2/AS1
. Resourceful, self motivated and an eye for detail
 Successful applicant will in time be offered opportunities to oversee projects during construction. Position available is in either the Rotorua or Whakatane office. Immediate start available.
