Senior Architectural Technician - High End, Bespoke Projects

An expanding workload has created a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated candidate with 7-10+ years experience to join our highly regarded Newmarket Practise. Projects are varied, and include high quality residential, apartment and commercial work.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate through past performance the following:
- The ability to produce documentation for projects from Developed Design through to Tender and construction stages
- Be confident to coordinate consultants, various authorities and client requirements
- Have a practical knowledge and understanding of NZ building codes and construction detailing
- ARCHICAD skills an advantage (not essential but be confident enough to come up to speed)
- Strong documentation and detailing experience essential
- Friendly disposition
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
