Your experience:
•You will be an experienced (5+ Years) Architectural Technician with at least two years' New Zealand practice experience
•Experience and daily use of ArchiCAD is essential
•LBP qualification will definitely be advantageous
•A relevant draughting qualification
•Proven history of accurate and clear drawing output and in meeting deadlines
•Experience working on several projects at one time
•Strong detailing capabilities with the ability to take complex design details through to construction documentation
•Solid understanding of the New Zealand building code, standards, etc
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong computer skills
Your responsibilities include:
•Consultant coordination
•Site measure ups, design and documentation
•Developed and detailed design documentation sets
•Council liaison
•Procurement coordination
•On-site works
