You should have:
Minimum 6 years relevant NZ experience and relevant qualifications
Outstanding detailed design aptitude
ArchiCAD experience in documentation, modelling and rendering
Experience in working drawings for construction and consent of high-end projects
A sound knowledge of the NZBC and NZS 3604 and good detailing skills. effective communication skills, to liaise with clients, consultants and builders
Interest in environmentally sound design Positive attitude, enthusiasm, team player with drive and commitment
Fun loving outlook on life and easy going with good sense of humour (work hard and play well)
