We present a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Project Architect (ideally 10 years +) with a technical bent to join our growing Auckland practice. We are a 60-strong architectural practice operating nationally from offices in Auckland and Christchurch. We currently work in the retail, interiors, medium density residential, masterplanning and commercial sectors. We work in the upper middle market with national clients. Our purpose is to use the transformative power of design to lift people's lives. We are looking for a Senior Architect wishing to join our Auckland practice who has a passion for commercial; educational and residential architecture (both multi-unit and single dwellings). Your experience:
• You will be a NZ Registered Architect with excellent design skills and 10+ years' experience including residential multi-unit and single dwellings; commercial, government and educational projects within New Zealand
• Strong design team and project management abilities
• Excellent client relationship management and consultation skills
• Used to work closely with consultants and contractors
• Experience in working on several projects at one time
• An understanding of NZ construction processes including details, standards and building codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical and computer skills
• Experience in ArchiCAD is preferred
